As an Industrial Engineer at Bell, you can expect to play a key role in enabling Manufacturing to produce Quality Products, Safely, on time and under budget.

This position will ensure that we identify, and implement, the required resources (Man, Machine, Material, Measures) needed to meet these objectives. Working on projects in the following areas-

• Capacity and 4M Analysis (Man, Machine/Tool, Material, and Measure)
• Standards, Span, Order Policy, Work Structure, & Routing Maintenance including Time Studies.
• Workflow Optimization & Cost Out (5S, Lean, Kanban, Spaghetti Diagrams)
• Facility and Equipment Capital planning and layouts
• Metric / Performance / Labor Analysis & Data Analytics
• Visual Factory (Crew Loads / Pacer Charts)
• Business Case development
• Project Management
• Safety / Ergonomics

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology or Industrial & Systems Engineering required.
• Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience.
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship:
  June 1 – August 6, 2027.

3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred.

• Strong computer skills, especially with:
  Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI or SQL scripting, and AutoCAD.
• A desire to work in a fast‑paced work environment that offers new challenges daily.

• Previous internship experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Hands‑on work with SAP software.
• An energetic and results driven attitude.
• A strong desire to work in an organization that operates within the aerospace and manufacturing industries.
