As a Production Control Supervisor (Level
3) at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX, you will directly impact the success of production operations that support national security and global stability. What You Will Be Doing

Supervise represented employees in direct support of material handling activities on the production line.

Ensure timely delivery of hard tooling, part kits, consumables, and standard hardware in a presentation method that maximizes efficiency and traceability.

Maintain high standards for housekeeping, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention, and audit-readiness in all operational areas.

Oversee the staging of all work-in-process (WIP) materials to support scheduled operations and reduce production delays.

Manage risk mitigation strategies for material constraints and expedite needs across production units.

Ensure safety, provisioning, and ongoing training of direct reports to maintain compliance and operational readiness.

This role requires availability on weekends and on-call support 24/7 as needed to ensure continuity of production operations.

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

** Basic Qualifications*
* - Production Control, Logistics, Supply Chain or Shop Floor Control Experience

- Experience with material flow principles: e.g. material scheduling and / or material movement and / or inventory management

- Experience with SAP, Crib Master (inventory management system for tools) or Material Resources Planning (MRP) equivalent

* Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
