Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our fast-paced bottling facility. You will oversee production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance while coaching and scheduling a team of operators. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, supporting equipment troubleshooting, coordinating with maintenance and quality, and driving continuous improvement. You'll model our values of integrity, accountability, and customer focus while fostering teamwork and a strong safety culture in serving our local communities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily beverage production line operations to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and task assignments for production associates.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company policies across all shifts.
- Monitor equipment performance and partner with maintenance on issues and downtime reduction.
- Track and report KPIs, driving continuous improvement in yield, waste, and efficiency.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
- Conduct line changeovers, startups, and shutdowns following standard procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality or safety incidents.
- Collaborate with warehousing, quality, and maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Support implementation of process improvements and new production initiatives.
