Manufacturing ​/ Production Operator, Production QC​/QA

As an Operator at Pro Ampac, you will run and monitor flexible packaging equipment in a fast-paced Manufacturing & Production environment. You'll set up machines, complete changeovers, perform quality checks on films, pouches, and bags, and document production data. A safety-first mindset is essential as you follow SOPs, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures. You will troubleshoot minor issues, support preventive maintenance, and keep your area clean and organized.

Working collaboratively with teammates, you'll help drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and sustainability in our innovative packaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor flexible packaging equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine quality checks on films, pouches, and bags, documenting results accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and lockout/tagout, in a safety-first culture.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and process issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods, ensuring correct labeling and traceability.
