Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager

This position is based out of our Fort Worth, Texas office.

The Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day production operations at Electri Built, an independent manufacturing company dedicated to the design, production, and delivery of modular electrical power and data infrastructure products. This role oversees the entire facility, supervises manufacturing staff, and ensures that electrical skids and engineered-to-order (ETO) products are built safely, on schedule, to quality standards, and ready to connect on-site.

In alignment with all Company policies, procedures, key objectives, and regulations, the Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager drives execution on the production floor and serves as a key link between frontline manufacturing teams and senior leadership. • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all manufacturing operations, ensuring electrical skids and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) products are produced safely, efficiently, to specification, on schedule, and within budget while supporting company growth objectives.
• Champion a world-class safety culture by establishing and enforcing safety standards, leading risk reduction initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving safety performance throughout all manufacturing activities.
• Establish and maintain robust quality management processes, ensuring all products meet customer specifications, internal requirements, and regulatory standards. Drive root cause analysis and corrective action activities for quality concerns.
• Maintain factory harmony and address any conflict that may arise in the factory.
• Own and drive operational performance metrics including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, Inventory, and Throughput. Analyze trends, develop corrective actions, and ensure achievement of organization’s objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing operations team, including manufacturing personnel, skilled trades, and frontline supervisors. Establish clear performance expectations, develop talent pipelines, support succession readiness, and foster employee engagement initiatives that build organizational capability and support business growth.
• Partner closely with pre-production team to translate customer designs, specs and production agreements into production-ready build packages. Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain on material availability and inventory needs. Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders on production status, schedule risks, and quality issues.
