Debox Operator

Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Debox Operator to join their team. As a Debox Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Debox Operator

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $18.05

Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Saturday, 5:00 am - 2:30 pm (occasional Saturdays)

• Work an average of 9 ½ hours per day in a production environment
• Perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Engage in continuous bending, stooping, reaching, and squatting activities
• Operate and assemble/disassemble Ingredients following safety procedures
• Ensure the accuracy of raw material mixtures according to GMP standards

• Ability to work approximately 9 ½ hours per day
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Read and follow product specifications accurately
• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
