Laser Operator – Fort Worth, TX 76131

We are currently hiring an experienced Laser Operator in the Fort Worth, TX area! If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and have experience operating CNC laser cutting machinery

Pay: $21-$22 based on experience
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6am until 3-4pm. Saturdays as needed
Shift: Day Shift
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

• Minimum of 1 year of CNC laser cutting machine operating experience

• Experience operating and monitoring CNC laser cutting equipment

• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications

• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures

• Knowledge of material types, thicknesses, and proper cutting settings

• Ability to inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently

• Load and position metal sheets or materials into the machine

• Read blueprints and production specifications to determine cutting requirements

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed

• Verify material type, dimensions, and cut quality

• Use measuring tools to inspect finished parts for accuracy

• Identify and report machine or production issues

• Maintain proper material flow and production efficiency

• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
