Thrive in a hands-on environment where your craftsmanship keeps our presses productive. This is a 1st shift role (6:30AM–3:00PM) focused on precision repair and upkeep of tooling used in metal stamping.

How do you decide what to fix? You’ll determine repair scope and method through careful inspections and precise measurements.
Which tools are in your toolkit? Milling machines, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other shop equipment—set up and operate them under general supervision.
Love building from scratch? You’ll design and fabricate tools and fixtures supporting new products.
What about safety? You’ll follow all OSHA and internal safety standards, every time.
Need variety? You’ll take on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Who do you partner with?
Reporting to the Tool & Die Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with production and engineering to solve problems fast.
What do you need to bring?
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience3+ years of verifiable machinist experience and/or Technical Diploma Solid shop math capability
Fluency in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
Ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment
Working knowledge of CNC programming and operation (a plus)
Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
Strong judgment for administrative/procedural decisions and a team-first mindset
Must have draw die experience
