We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team, supporting the F-35 production operations team in the Wing Systems build area in an shop floor/analytics role. This role is key in optimizing production processes by monitoring metrics to drive continuous improvement, supporting our production customers, and maintaining operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing Production Process Optimization:

Enhance production activities by implementing analytical techniques and utilizing various data and data visualization tools.

Monitor production health metrics, ensuring timely identification of potential issues and areas for improvement.

Project Management:

Lead projects focused on production efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions into the production environment.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and various production support functions to align objectives and ensure operational effectiveness.

Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.

Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in the build proces. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, Production work sampling, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans for efficiencies and revisions to operating methods. Assist in various continuous improvement efforts to enable cost reductions.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
