Fort Worth, TXWe are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to lead daily operations in a steel fabrication environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production, safety, quality, scheduling, equipment utilization, and team performance to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop fabrication supervisors, welders, operators, fitters, and material handlers.

Manage production schedules, workflow, and fabrication resources.

Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor KPIs including throughput, on-time delivery, scrap, rework, and machine uptime.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Ensure fabrication work meets customer specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications5+ years of experience in steel fabrication, metal service centers, or heavy manufacturing.
3+ years of leadership experience in a fabrication or production environment.

Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, including laser/plasma cutting, burning, forming, rolling, welding, and machining.

Ability to read fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and technical documents.

Experience with ERP/MRP and production scheduling systems.

Proven success improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

High school diploma or GED required; technical or manufacturing-related education preferred.
