The Production Control Coordinator is part of the Production Control team and supports the planning and scheduling of work orders in accordance with the production schedule. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate production and inventory data, supporting daily operations, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow execution.
** Job Summary
*** Generate and maintain manufacturing work orders in accordance with the production schedule
* Provide inventory status and availability information to support sales and production requirements
* Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and update affected work orders accordingly
* Assist with daily production meetings and provide status updates as needed
* Perform general clerical and data entry tasks related to Production Control activities
* Coordinate and communicate with other departments including Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and Manufacturing
* Maintain accurate and timely records within the ERP system
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Control Manager## Qualifications
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment (planning, production control, or expediting)
* ERP system experience (SYSPRO preferred)
* Strong computer skills and comfort working in multiple systems
* Excellent organizational and time‐management skills
* Proactive and professional communicator, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to input data quickly and accurately
* Flexibility to work overtime as production demands require
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
** Knowledge/Skills, Education, and

Experience:

*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* Five or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in planning, production control or expediting
* Fluent in Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel

Physical Requirements of Position:
*** Climate‐controlled warehouse and office environment
* Combination of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
* Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
