This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency. The
** Operator I, Production Technical Operations** (Para-Professional & Support Path), is primarily responsible for handling manual and operational tasks in production, ensuring equipment is set up, operated, maintained, and troubleshot to meet product specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

** Specifics Include:*
* • Handle manual or operational tasks as per guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient processes  
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment  
• Ensure products meet specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards  
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods  
• Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products  
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis  
• Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for alignment with business objectives  
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality control  
• Complete all required training and contribute to organizational compliance  
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance  
** WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

1st Shift - 8 hours (Mon – Fri 730am to 4pm)
