Machine Operator / Maintenance Technician

Pay: $18–$25/hour DOE
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule Rotation: 2 Days On / 2 Days Off
Facility Operates 24/7

A Fort Worth manufacturing facility is seeking a Machine Operator / Maintenance Technician to operate a Uniloy blow molding machine and assist with basic maintenance activities. This position is ideal for someone with machine operating experience who also has mechanical aptitude and can perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs when production equipment is down.

• Operate and monitor a Uniloy blow molding machine

• Ensure product quality and production standards are met

• Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshooting

• Complete basic preventative maintenance tasks

• Assist with minor mechanical repairs during downtime

• Identify equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs

• Maintain production records and documentation

• Follow all safety and operating procedures

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Previous machine operating experience required

• Blow molding experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance experience required

• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs

• Experience with manufacturing or production equipment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attendance and reliability

• $18–$20/hour for candidates with 1–2 years of related experience

• Up to $24–$25/hour for candidates with 3–5 years of machine operation and maintenance experience

• Rotating schedule with every other weekend off
