Transform the everyday with usWe are looking for a Assembler I - to join our team on the 2nd Shift! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site.
Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00PM - 12:30AM)
Hourly Rate: $18.11 - $21.74
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Basic computer skills, and use of basic mechanical/ measuring tools.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language Make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects, stoop, bend, squat, crawl and climb.
Reach, grasp, lift 50lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material (as needed).Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months Assembly/Wiring Experience You’ll make an impact by:
Processing and scanning in and out work orders (utilizing computers, scanning devices, etc.) in adherence to the production schedule or expedited orders.
Reading and interpretation of documents associated with the completion of mechanical assembly assignments (blueprints, bill of materials, one-line diagrams, etc.).Collection of parts and accessories required in the assembly process, assemble fabricated parts to build unit assemblies (Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, and Power Panels) or subassemblies while using tools and equipment common to the mechanical and/or wiring trade (hand & power tools, wire strippers, pliers, crimpers).Preparing
finished units for shipping (packing, sealing, labeling, etc.).Secure component parts on frames, subassemblies, or unit assemblies while verifying that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
Disassemble units to adjust or replace parts and connect cables and basic wires, mark units with identifying information and/or attaches identifying tags, reports non-conforming items.
Performs other work as advised by Supervision.
