Job Description

Seeking a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. This role will be central to U.S. marketing efforts, leading our social media presence, written communications, and public relations activities.

Working closely with the other members of our marketing team, you will develop and execute content strategies that engage our audience, support sales efforts, and amplify our brand story. You’ll also serve as the key point of coordination with our PR partners and external agencies.

This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys writing, storytelling, and building community engagement through digital channels.

Skills and Requirements
  • RECENT OR LIVED AGRICULTURE EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years of marketing, communications, or social media experience, preferably in a growth-focused organization.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms.
  • Experience managing social media channels and direct customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with event promotion and live event posting on social platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Word Press, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email campaign platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Constant Contact) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, both written and numerical.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A passion for agriculture and technology is highly valued.
