We’re looking for a Chick-fil-A–minded marketing leader who understands what it means to create remarkable guest experiences and can scale that vision across two restaurants.

Our organization is growing. With a second location transitioning this summer, we’re ready to elevate our marketing strategy from strong execution to high-level, data-driven, long-range planning.

Your Impact
  • Develop and execute a 12-month and 2–3 year marketing strategy
  • Develop and coach marketing leaders at each store
  • Execute campaigns, activations, and community partnerships
  • Use data and performance metrics to guide decisions
  • Strengthen the “Raving Fan” experience at every touchpoint
  • Align marketing strategy with operational goals and growth plans
  • Experience leading and developing high-performance teams
  • Deep understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand and culture
