Social Media Manager - Fort Worth
The Social Media Manager will play a key role in supporting and executing social media strategies, graphic design projects, and local marketing initiatives across multiple showrooms. This all-encompassing role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
The Social Media Manager reports directly to the Regional Marketing Director and works cross-functionally with internal teams and external constituents to drive brand awareness, showroom traffic, and member engagement through hyperlocal marketing content.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Ownership- Own all showroom social media channels—including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In—overseeing strategy, content planning, creation, publishing, and ongoing optimization.
- Launch, manage, and scale the Pro Source brand presence on Tik Tok, developing platform-specific strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
- Ensure consistent content themes and brand alignment while adapting voice, messaging, and creative execution by platform and audience.
- Craft technically accurate, high-performing captions that incorporate strong hooks, clear CTAs, and platform best practices.
- Create hyper-local, showroom-specific content featuring in-market team members; support on-site filming and execute editing and production.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to develop educational, inspiring content that highlights new and innovative product offerings for trade pro members.
- Support UGC and influencer initiatives by identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating collaborations, and managing reposts.
- Own and maintain the social media content calendar by identifying trends, brainstorming creative concepts, and implementing engagement-driving strategies.
- Partner closely with the Regional Marketing Director to streamline content workflows, approvals, and filming opportunities.
- Align content with product launches, showroom updates, events, regional campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor and analyze organic performance across all social platforms; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Establish and maintain a consistent reporting cadence for the Regional Marketing Director, highlighting trends, performance, and growth opportunities.
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and cultural trends to proactively evolve content strategy.
- Propose and implement new ideas and testing opportunities to accelerate audience growth and engagement.
- Support the design and production of branded marketing assets, including flyers, brochures, catalogs, pitch decks, web graphics, email assets, and in-showroom signage.
- Assist the Regional Marketing Director with communications, list management, data entry, ordering, and other administrative marketing tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, creative, or communications role (in-house or agency).
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with experience creating captions and short-form content for social media platforms.
- Creative, strategic mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to produce differentiated content aligned with brand goals.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to showroom locations for on-site content creation and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools such as Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Canva and other design tools for fast-turn creative production.
- Knowledge of social media management tools, familiarity with Metricool is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok) and best practices for content formats, trends, and engagement.
- Experience or familiarity with the home improvement industry, including construction, interior design, or interior finish products such as flooring, tile, cabinets, and countertops.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative, proactive team player with a willingness to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and external collaborators.
