  • Partner closely with the Regional Marketing Director to streamline content workflows, approvals, and filming opportunities.
  • Align content with product launches, showroom updates, events, regional campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze organic performance across all social platforms; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent reporting cadence for the Regional Marketing Director, highlighting trends, performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and cultural trends to proactively evolve content strategy.
  • Propose and implement new ideas and testing opportunities to accelerate audience growth and engagement.
Campaign Support
  • Support the design and production of branded marketing assets, including flyers, brochures, catalogs, pitch decks, web graphics, email assets, and in-showroom signage.
  • Assist the Regional Marketing Director with communications, list management, data entry, ordering, and other administrative marketing tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, creative, or communications role (in-house or agency).
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with experience creating captions and short-form content for social media platforms.
  • Creative, strategic mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to produce differentiated content aligned with brand goals.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to showroom locations for on-site content creation and collaboration.
