Cowtown Creative is seeking a B2B Social Media Strategist who understands that social media for businesses is not simply about posting content — it is about communicating expertise, credibility, and thought leadership.
We are a full-service marketing agency serving professional services, engineering, construction, industrial, and technology companies. Our clients rely on us to translate complex business ideas into clear, engaging, and strategic social media content.
This role requires someone who has managed multiple brands simultaneously in an agency environment and understands how to apply corporate brand standards to create professional, high-impact social media content.
If your experience is limited to managing social media for a single company or a retail brand, this role likely will not be the right fit.
This position is onsite in Fort Worth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Social Media Management- Manage and execute organic social media strategy across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain client-specific content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, brand voice, and strategic goals.
- Publish and schedule brand-aligned content across platforms including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, X, and You Tube.
- Ensure all posts follow platform best practices for timing, formatting, tagging, accessibility, and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal marketing strategists, designers, and clients to ensure messaging and visuals align with brand positioning.
- Create compelling social media content designed for business audiences, including thought leadership posts, industry insights, educational content, company announcements, event promotion, case study highlights, and recruiting content.
- Translate complex industry topics into clear and engaging social media narratives.
- Support executive visibility by helping craft Linked In thought leadership posts and professional content.
- Develop dynamic social media assets including branded graphics, short-form video, carousels, document posts, and campaign visuals.
- Leverage brand guidelines to produce visually consistent content across multiple client brands.
- Collaborate with the design team when larger creative assets are required.
- Experience producing video-based social content is strongly preferred.
- Monitor client channels for comments, mentions, tags, direct messages, and industry conversations.
- Engage with relevant professional audiences when appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to participate in industry discussions and increase brand visibility.
- Track platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
- Monitor competitor and industry social activity to identify strategic opportunities.
- Share insights with the internal team that can improve campaign performance and engagement.
- Track performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, clicks, and content performance.
- Assist in compiling performance reports for clients.
- Provide recommendations for improving future social media performance based on analytics.
- Applicants should be comfortable demonstrating measurable results from previous social media work.
- 2 to 5+ years of professional social media experience.
- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of Linked In and professional B2B social media strategy.
- Experience publishing content across Linked In, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, X, and You Tube.
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Social Pilot, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for professional and technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with designers and marketing strategists.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Experience producing short-form video or motion-based social media content.
- Experience supporting executive Linked In presence and thought leadership.
- Experience working with B2B, industrial, professional services, or technology brands.
