As Marketing Activation Senior Manager
, you'll lead U.S. marketing activations that strengthen the SIXT brand, grow customer engagement and loyalty, and drive direct revenue. Serving as a key connection between SIXT's global marketing strategy and U.S. market execution, you'll lead a portfolio of initiatives across brand, growth, loyalty, and sponsor ships, translating business priorities into locally relevant campaigns and experiences. Your scope will include high-visibility initiatives such as SIXT's flagship U.S. sports partnership alongside broader market activation and customer growth programs.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, collaborating across regional and global teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to turn marketing opportunities into measurable business results.

• Sponsorship Activation You lead end-to-end activation of SIXT's flagship U.S. sports partnership, maximizing assets across media, digital and social content, events, hospitality, ticketing, brand integrations, and partner communications to support brand and business objectives.
• Integrated Campaign Execution You bring marketing concepts to life by managing messaging, creative development, approvals, logistics, and execution across channels, creating cohesive experiences.
• U.S. Brand & Growth Activation You collaborate with global marketing teams to produce locally relevant marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition and direct revenue growth, translating broader brand priorities into market-specific campaigns, launches, events, and other high-impact projects.
• Local Creative Network
  You build and manage a network of freelancers and agencies across priority U.S. markets to produce culturally resonant campaigns at speed, vetting and onboarding while maintaining brand consistency and quality
• Performance & Insights You define and monitor KPIs across marketing initiatives, evaluate impact on customer acquisition, loyalty, direct bookings, revenue, and brand performance, and translate results into actionable recommendations for U.S. and global stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Marketing Leadership You bring 5–7+ years of experience in brand marketing, sponsorship activation, partnership marketing, experiential marketing, field marketing, integrated marketing, or a related discipline
• Sponsorship Expertise You have demonstrated experience activating sponsorship or partnership assets across multiple channels such as media, digital, social, events, hospitality, and experiential programs, with the ability to translate sponsorship rights into integrated campaigns with clear business objectives
• Project Management Excellence You possess strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, operating hands‑on where responsibilities extend beyond a single marketing specialty
• Cross-Functional Partnership You work effectively across regional and global teams within a matrixed organization, with experience supporting broader brand, customer growth, loyalty, or integrated marketing initiatives
• Data-Driven Mindset You have a data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and translating results into actionable recommendations
• Communication Excellence You demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
