Senior Manager, Co-Brand Engagement Strategy

American Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager, Co-Brand Engagement Strategy to lead AAdvantage credit card member engagement. This role designs data-driven marketing strategies, lifecycle campaigns, and partnerships that deepen loyalty, drive card spend, and grow program value. You will use customer insights, segmentation, and testing to optimize offers and communications, collaborate with finance, analytics, digital, and partner banks, and track performance against KPIs in a fast-paced, customer-focused airline environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the AAdvantage co-brand engagement strategy to deepen cardholder loyalty and drive program value.
• Design and execute data-driven lifecycle, CRM, and promotional campaigns across digital, email, and in-app channels.
• Leverage customer insights, segmentation, and testing to optimize offers, messaging, and engagement.
• Partner with bank issuers, analytics, finance, and digital teams to align on goals, offers, and experiences.
• Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, recommending actions to improve results.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Stay current on loyalty, credit card, and travel industry trends to inform strategy and innovation.
