Joyville, Inc. is home to three dynamic retail brands - Favor the Kind, ROAM Fine Goods, and Earnest John - each rooted in creativity, connection, and kindness. Our
12-week internship program is designed to give sharp, driven students real-world experience in the world of retail, marketing, and small business leadership.

Duration: 10 Weeks

Pay: $16/hour

Location: Dallas, TX

Commitment: 30 hours/week (including 1 weekend day a week)

Interns will rotate through three focus areas, building a solid foundation in customer experience, marketing, buying, and leadership.

• Assist with building seasonal trend decks
• Analyze sell-through data and contribute to buying strategies
• Participate in vendor research and product selection
• Help manage SKUs, inventory, and BTB (Bridge-to-Buyers) program

• Support content creation for social media and email
• Learn branding and visual storytelling
• Collaborate on website merchandising and campaign strategy
• Contribute ideas for promos, product launches, and community engagement

• Choose a department focus for your capstone project
• Present a final project that showcases your growth and skills
• Participate in a leadership capsule with:
• Goal-setting frameworks
• Time management tools
• Culture-building strategies

• Hands-on experience in a creative, female-founded company
• Weekly mentorship and leadership check-ins
• Opportunity to plan and execute a store event or campaign
• Final Awards Banquet + Letters of Recommendation
