Job Description & How to Apply Below

LPS Campaigns is looking for diverse candidates for our Digital Advertising Fellowship position. The Fellowship position is best suited for individuals with a strong interest in running digital advertising for progressive campaigns, labor organizations, and advocacy groups.

This is a three-month fellowship timed to the end of the 2026 cycle. Ideal candidates will be creative, detail-oriented, reliable on follow-up, and driven to deliver results for our clients.

Fellows receive training and hands-on experience in live ad programs through Election Day and stay on through the post-election period to close out campaigns, pull final reporting, and turn results into recommendations. You sit alongside our account team and work on real client programs from day one.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on client work, and your individual skillset and interests. This is an opportunity to be a key member of our team and develop your skills in several areas including:

  • Assisting with ad setup and trafficking across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms
  • Monitoring live campaigns for delivery, pacing, and spend, and flagging issues before they become problems
  • Building and maintaining ad trackers, naming conventions, and campaign documentation
  • Pulling performance data and helping assemble client-facing reports
  • Supporting the creative process by tracking assets, versions, specs, and approvals
  • Drafting ad copy and reviewing creative for accuracy before it goes live
  • Assisting with post-election wrap-up reporting, including performance highlights and key learnings
  • Participating in internal brainstorms and, where useful, client calls
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-up, which matter more here than any specific platform experience
  • Interest in progressive politics and digital campaigning
  • Clear, careful writing
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and organizing information other people will rely on
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or any DSP is a plus, not a requirement
  • Any prior campaign, nonprofit, or advocacy experience is a plus
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Commitment: 30 hours per week
Employee Status: Temporary; 3 months through the post-election wrap-up period
Salary: $3,000/month stipend

Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the United States
