Position: Family Experience and Membership Director

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Family Experience and Membership Director is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering engaging family-centered programs and pathways that enhance member connection, retention, and community impact.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Recreation Management, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in membership management, customer service leadership, or nonprofit operations.
  • Proven experience in staff supervision and team leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
