Director of Volunteer Services

• Oversee the organizational operations of the Volunteer Services Department.
• Support and supervise Volunteer Services staff by educating, training, and collaborating on all projects; oversee staff implementation of projects and collaborate with the Frisco Liaison.
• Support the Volunteer Executive Committee: develop volunteer leadership.
• Support the Wish List Committee fundraising, coordinate with the Development team regarding donated items, and manage the yearly process of grant requests and awards.
• Determine volunteer recruitment initiatives and onboarding standards, and conduct yearly volunteer training to meet Joint Commission requirements.
• Oversee the weekly Volunteer Newsletter.
• Prepare and monitor the department’s budget.
• Oversee volunteer recognition programs.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a volunteer setting required.
• Additional 3 years of management experience required.
