Description

Assists the Senior Director in overseeing Prestonwood Pregnancy Center – Fort Worth ("PPC–FW").

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand the reach and impact of PPC–FW
  • Work with PPC marketing to promote PPC–FW
  • Oversee recruitment and development of PPC–FW volunteers
  • Develop best practices to ensure efficient use and stewardship of resources donated for clients
  • Ensure evangelism is interwoven throughout the client experience
  • Assist in leading, mentoring, and equipping PPC–FW staff to provide exceptional client care
  • Ensure adherence to PPC policies and procedures
  • Onboard staff at PPC–FW
  • Ensure efficient communication flow throughout PPC–FW departments
  • Maintain knowledge of all PPC programs
  • Develop and execute classes to meet the needs of PPC–FW clients
  • Recognize PPC-FW staff accomplishments
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry
  • Pro-life in word and pro-love in action
  • Passionate about the mission of PPC
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in nonprofit management
  • Ability to work effectively with staff and volunteers
  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to include approximately one evening per week, every other Saturday, and PPC scheduled events
  • Possess current Texas driver license, personal vehicle insurance and a clear driving record for clearance to drive PPC mobile unit as needed
  • Willingness to serve at other PPC locations as needed
  • Able to perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and use of stairs, and ability to lift up to 15 lbs. without assistance
