The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to develop and manage intern, volunteer, and mentor programs. You will recruit, screen, train, and supervise volunteers, interns, and mentors, and support trauma-informed materials for refugees and asylees.
You will coordinate with program managers, maintain volunteer records, and organize outreach to universities and community organizations. Excellent communication and organization are essential.
