Position: Events and Ministry Coordinator (Offsite, Part-Time)

Events and Ministry Coordinator – Part-Time

This is a part-time, paid position serving one apartment community in Fort Worth, TX, near Bentley Village-Waterchase
.

Position Details
  • 8 hours/week at $21/hour
  • Work primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Plan and host 2–3 events/workshops monthly focused on community engagement, wellness, enrichment, and stability
  • Connect residents with local resources for housing, food, and other needs
  • Partner with local businesses and community organizations
  • Communicate with onsite staff and the Apartment Life supervisor
  • Track activities and submit monthly impact reports
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop programs with corporate, government, and nonprofit partners
  • Organize educational workshops for adults and youth
  • Support residents and connect them with helpful resources
  • Ensure activities run smoothly
  • Meet weekly with the supervisor to review goals and programs
  • Submit monthly reports
  • Required Qualifications
  • 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Basic computer and English writing skills
  • Availability for evening/weekend activities
  • Current driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform required physical activities
  • Ability to commit to the required service term
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish bilingual skills
  • Experience with at-risk populations or event planning
  • Budget management and social media experience
  • Network of volunteers, vendors, or community partners
