RN - Rehab

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM

Join our state-of-the-art, 66-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs offer ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain injuries, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.

• Provide nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to care as needed.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and self-care practices.

• 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must possess valid RN licensure (multistate or Texas).
