Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Requirements:

• Current RN license, valid in Texas or compact state
• At least one year of recent Emergency Room experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
• TNCC and PALS certifications are strong assets
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Adaptability to shift work and high-pressure situations

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess patients, prioritize care, and perform emergency interventions as needed
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all aspects of care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Provide compassionate patient and family education in urgent situations
• Uphold highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical care
