Work Schedule:

Fulltime, Day Shift (40 Hours/Week) Mon-Fri 6:30 a-7 p

Education
  • Associate Degree in Nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
Experience
  • 2 Years Of Experience as a registered nurse with previous experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role (i.e. Charge nurse, committee chair, preceptor) Required
  • Experience as an OR/Surgery RN Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • Current RN licensure Upon Hire Required
  • BCLS
    - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
  • ACLS
    - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 Days of Hire Required

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth (THSW) is a 222-bed full-service facility that includes surgical and imaging services, a 24-hour emergency department, orthopedics and sports therapy, adult critical care, and a Level III neonatal intensive care unit. Texas Health Southwest Fort Worth, which has been serving Tarrant County residents since 1987, has 1,100 employees, 120 volunteers, and more than 600 physicians on its medical staff.
