Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with clinical research experience looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care and medical advancement? We are seeking an experienced Research Nurse Coordinator to support innovative clinical research studies while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Principal Investigators and multidisciplinary research teams in a collaborative environment dedicated to advancing healthcare through clinical research.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate and manage multiple clinical research studies simultaneously
- Ensure compliance with sponsor requirements, research protocols, and regulatory guidelines
- Serve as a key liaison between patients, investigators, sponsors, regulatory agencies, and research teams
- Conduct protocol-directed patient assessments within the scope of nursing practice
- Educate patients and families regarding study participation and informed consent
- Manage participant recruitment, retention, study visits, and data collection
- Monitor and document adverse events, protocol deviations, and study progress
- Participate in sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators to develop corrective action plans when necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical and research documentation
- Advocate for participant rights while ensuring ethical conduct of research activities
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active RN License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience
- Clinical Research Certification (CCRC, CCRA, or equivalent)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Neurology/Neuroscience research experience
- Experience coordinating complex clinical trials
