Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Psychiatry Clinic

Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

This is an onsite role, requiring daily attendance at our Fort Worth Office

$60,000 - $68,000 per year + Comprehensive Benefits

What You'll Do

As an LVN, you'll play a vital role in supporting psychiatric providers and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Administer long-acting injectable psychiatric medications
  • Reconcile and review patient medications
  • Assist providers with patient care and treatment coordination
  • Monitor patient needs and communicate concerns appropriately
  • Support medication management activities
Administrative & Care Coordination Responsibilities
  • Obtain insurance prior authorizations
  • Coordinate prescription requests and refill processing
  • Follow up on medical record requests
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
  • Communicate with pharmacies, insurance providers, and healthcare partners
  • Assist with scheduling and patient follow-up activities
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and electronic documentation skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Behavioral Health or Psychiatry experience
  • BLS Certification
  • Experience working with adults diagnosed with serious mental illness
  • Experience obtaining insurance authorizations and coordinating patient care
