Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Per Diem / W2 | Weekly Pay | Flexible Shifts | Dallas–Fort Worth Metro
Position OverviewWe are hiring LVNs to support facilities across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including:
- Irving, Garland, Richardson, Plano
- Frisco, McKinney, Allen
- Arlington, Grapevine, Southlake, Denton
You will work across high-demand facilities delivering patient-centered care in structured clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising clinicians or physicians
- Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice
- Assist with wound care and implementation of patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Follow infection control procedures and patient safety guidelines
- Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas healthcare regulatory requirements.
