DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate care for patients with end‑stage renal disease (ESRD) in an outpatient dialysis setting. In this key role, you’ll manage clinical operations, support your team, and ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vitals, and treatment planning
  • Supervise and support nursing and patient care staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Provide direct patient care as needed
  • Foster a supportive, collaborative team culture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 12 months clinical RN experience
  • At least 6 months dialysis experience required
  • CPR certification
  • CNN/CDN certification preferred
  • Supervisory experience a plus (or willingness to lead)
