Justin 4 - GI GU Surgical Unit
Justin 4 is a 36-bed surgical unit that will care for colorectal, gastrointestinal, and urology surgery patients. On August 10, the unit will initially open with 20 beds, with plans to expand to the full 36 beds later in the year. Patients may be admitted pre‑or post‑operatively, with an average length of stay of approximately five days.
Staffing- RN staffing ratio: 1:4
- PCT staffing ratio: 1:12
- Positions require 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Team members may be placed on call for regularly scheduled shifts in response to census fluctuations.

Entity HighlightsTexas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is a 726-bed, Magnet-designated regional referral center that has served the residents of Tarrant County and surrounding communities since 1930. Hospital services include cardiovascular care, high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, orthopedics and sports medicine, neonatal intensive care, and trauma/emergency medicine. In early 2014, Texas Health Fort Worth opened a new 75,000 square foot Emergency Services Center, one of the largest in the region.

- 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Req
- 2 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Pref
- RN
- Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And - BCLS
- Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req
