Registered Nurse – Ben Hogan Surgery Department (Part‑Time)

Texas Health Fort Worth Ben Hogan Center hires a part‑time Registered Nurse for the Ben Hogan Surgery Department located in Harris Fort Worth Hospital, 1304 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth TX 76104. Salary: $26.50–$50.82 per hour based on experience.

• Days, part‑time, 24 hours per week;
  Monday‑Friday 06:30‑15:00, with flexibility on shift time.
• No weekends, no call, no holidays.

This position is an outpatient surgery circulator; shift hours can be negotiated if needed.

• Graduate of an NLN (National League of Nursing) or CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred. Completion of BSN within two years of earliest start date in a Texas Health RN role is required without a previously approved exemption.

One year experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required with a minimum of two years in the Operating Room. Minimum one‑year Endoscopy and Orthopedics experience preferred. Scrub RN experience preferred.

• RN – Registered Nurse (Upon Hire).
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support (Upon Hire).
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Pre‑Op and PACU) (Upon Hire).
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pre‑Op and PACU) (90 Days).

• Computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
• Ability to serve as a role model, intra/interdisciplinary collaborator, and coordinator for quality patient care.
• High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
