• Patient Population: Micro preemies to Full Term Infants (22 weeks to term gestation)
• Patient Ratios: 1:1-3
• Number of Beds: 63 beds
• Department Specifics: Neonatologist and NNP in‑house 24/7, Multidisciplinary Team Approach, Multidisciplinary Respiratory Modalities, Daily Multidisciplinary Patient Care Rounds, Electronic Self‑Scheduling, No Float to Adult Care, Active Unit Based Council, NICU Parent Advocacy Group
• Shift: FT Nights; 7pm‑7am
• Experience: 2 years of recent Level 3 NICU experience

It is one of the largest NICUs in North Texas with a highly skilled team of neonatologists on our medical staff, neonatal nurse practitioners, respiratory and occupational therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, chaplains, and registered nurses working together to care for your whole family.

Andrew’s Women’s Hospital has recently been designated as a Level IV maternal care center, the top designation from the Texas Department of State Health Services. A Level IV designation is awarded to hospitals that prove the highest possible comprehensive care and underscores the facility’s ability to treat even the most complex cases.

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model.
