Job SummaryAs a CNA at Avir at Parkview, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well‑being of our patients. You will work under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff to provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and promote a positive and supportive environment. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, hygiene, and grooming
- Monitor and report patient status to licensed nursing staff, including vital signs, skin integrity, and overall condition
- Perform various tasks, such as lifting, transferring, and positioning patients safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience as a CNA; prior experience preferred
- Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
