DaVita in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Dialysis Experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. You’ll provide life-saving care to patients with ESRD and chronic kidney conditions, coordinating care with a compassionate, team-driven approach.
The role requires 12+ months RN experience (6+ months dialysis), an active RN license, CPR, and flexibility to cover 3–4 days per week including early mornings and weekends. ADN required; BSN preferred.
