Are you an ICU nurse looking to work in a high‑acuity environment where no two days are the same? We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join a Neuro Trauma ICU team that cares for some of the most complex neurological and trauma patients in the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who thrive in a fast‑paced setting and want exposure to advanced neuroscience and trauma cases while working alongside a highly supportive team with strong opportunities for growth and professional development.
What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Deliver care to critically ill neurological and trauma patients
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain continuity of care during shift changes and patient transfers
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs
- Follow age‑specific safety, infection prevention, and quality standards
- High‑acuity Neuro Trauma ICU environment
- Complex neuroscience and stroke‑related cases
- Severe trauma cases including motor vehicle accidents, gunshot wounds, and other critical injuries
- Research and educational opportunities

- Full‑Time
- Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 36 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday rotation required
Required
- RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- ADN or Nursing Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience or completion of an RN Residency Program
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- CPI certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred
- BSN
