Role Overview
Registered Nurse RN Supervisor – Part‑time, Day Shift (24 Hours/Week) – Surgery at Texas Health Southwest, Fort Worth.

- Associate degree in Nursing (required); bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of RN experience with previous charge nurse or similar leadership role (required); OR/surgery RN experience preferred
- Current RN licensure on hire
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to independent patient care and maintained quarterly (required)
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire (required)

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth (THSW) is a 222‑bed full‑service facility with surgical and imaging services, a 24‑hour emergency department, orthopedics and sports therapy, adult critical care, and a Level III neonatal intensive care unit. The hospital has 1,100 employees, 120 volunteers, and over 600 physicians on its medical staff. It is a Pathway to Excellence® designated hospital, a United Health Premium Surgical Spine specialty center, and has earned Quality Respiratory Care Recognition from the AARC.
