Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Dialysis team on a full-time, day shift. You will deliver high-quality dialysis care, coordinate with the care team, and support patients and families throughout the treatment process.
Required BSN/ADN/Diploma in Nursing, minimum 1 year RN experience with 6 months in hemodialysis, active RN license, and CPR/BCLS plus ACLS certifications.
