VIVA Pediatrics, a nurse-owned pediatric home health provider in Texas, seeks a skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN or LVN) to deliver 1:1 nursing care to medically fragile children in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Care may include tracheostomy, ventilator, G‑tube, BiPAP, or IV needs.
We offer Day and Night shifts with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour options. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN openings available, with driving required for home visits.
