Corner Stone Medical is seeking Registered Nurses to provide effective therapy to Chronic Hemodialysis patients in the clinic and hospital settings in Fort Worth, TX.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with current Texas RN licensure in good standing, and a minimum of six months hemodialysis experience; BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Experience with patient data collection and care coordination is expected.
