Work hours: Full-time, 36/hours per week;
Nights shift
Department highlights:
- 20 bed Surgical Trauma/Burn Intensive Care Unit, Nurse:
Patient ratio 1:2 - Level I Trauma Center
- MAGNET facility
- Trauma Surgical, Renal Transplant, Burn and MSOF patients, CRRT, Vent-patients
- Department is a designated Donor transfer center
- The department prides itself in high performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills
- Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth
- Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
- High acuity, high volume department
