Texas Health Resources is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN II) for the Med Surg unit on the 3rd Floor South at Texas Health Alliance in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time night shift (7 PM–7 AM) offers a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and opportunities to contribute to high-quality care.
You’ll need a Nursing Diploma or RN with Associate's or Bachelor's preferred, valid RN license, BCLS, ACLS, CPI, and prior Med/Surg or Tele experience preferred.
