Clinical Nurse Educator

• Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on product specific information
• Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office
• Engage in program related communications with client’s field-based sales force
• Communicate to the Manager any concerns identified during the in-service education process
• Accurate and timely reporting of all visits
• Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff
• Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner
• Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers
• Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments
• Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences as required
• Maintain all company equipment and materials accordingly
• Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures and Client Policies and Procedures
• Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws
• Possess a full valid US driver’s license at all times

• Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state
• At least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience
• Chemotherapy infusion experience required
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management preferred
• Self-starter with high personal motivation
• Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel, including overnight travel

Demonstrates expertise in oncology nursing with a focus on chemotherapy infusion and effective communication with healthcare professionals. Maintains compliance with state licensing requirements and company policies while managing territory and client relationships.
