Texas Health Resources is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Oncology Department at Texas Health Fort Worth. You will deliver care to oncology inpatients in a fast-paced 35-bed unit, using the Nursing Process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care while ensuring safety and continuity across shifts.
Requirements include an Associate degree or Nursing Diploma, RN licensure (TX or compact), BLS, CPI training within 90 days, and ONS/Biotherapy certification within 6 months; OCN
