All RN o Day Shift 1 CNC and 2:1 nurse to patient ratio o Night Shift - 1 CNC and 2:1 nurse to patient ratio Patient Ratios 2:1; ( 2 patients : 1 RN) Type of equipment GE monitors, EV 1000, Hemispheres, CRRT (Next Stage), Implella, Swan Ganz, Art lines, Chest tubes, vents EMR
- Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 2 years of critical care experience. (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU any Critical Care specialty) Ventilator experience, Art/Central line/Chest tube management skills Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CVICU specific, CABG recovery, CRRT, Impella Meditech experience BSN, CCRN List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Hemodynamic monitoring, Swan Ganz, Art lines, Chest tubes Best personality Fit:
Team player who works best with collaborative care REQUIRED
