Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $114.57

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as primary first assist in the operating room for various surgical procedures
• Support multiple surgeons across urology, gynecologic oncology, endoscopy, and otology cases
• Assist with approximately 2-3 cases per day in respective specialties
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures
• Maintain sterile techniques and assist with patient positioning and preparation
• Provide post-operative support and documentation
• Support clinical team in preoperative and intraoperative responsibilities

What You Need:
Required:

• Current Texas RN license (pending acceptable)
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with surgical specialty experience
• Board Certification or eligibility in related surgery or specialty
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in surgical or perioperative settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience as a First Assist in elective and emergency surgeries
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures
• Experience working in a hospital or outpatient surgical center in Texas
